DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- India: 3–7 days depending on your pin code.
- International: 7–10 days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
How to place an order?
Add your pieces to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. An order confirmation will be sent to your email right away.
CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our production and dispatch process begins immediately to ensure your piece reaches you on time.
CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes — address changes are possible before your order is dispatched. Once it has been invoiced or shipped, we are unable to make alterations. Please write to us at help.nayap@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
Where are your items produced?
Our fabrics are sourced from handloom clusters across India. The specific origin of each piece is mentioned on its product description page.
Payments

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method?
Not at the moment. Each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, so we accept prepaid orders only. Our team is working on making COD available — watch this space.
My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
Your payment is completely secure. This occasionally happens due to a technical delay at the payment gateway — the amount is usually credited back within 24 hours. If it does go through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to your original payment method. You can also write to us at help.nayap@gmail.com with your registered email and the amount charged, and we will sort it out promptly.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns. At Naya Pannah, we believe clothing carries the energy and intention of its wearer — out of deep respect for every customer who receives a piece, we keep each one with its rightful owner.
If you have received a wrong or defective item, please write to us at help.nayap@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritise it and resolve it fully — replacement or refund, no questions asked.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
Yes. We offer a one-time size exchange — same style, different size — within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
We will arrange a pickup from your end at no cost to you. To initiate, use the Return/Exchange My Order page or write to help.nayap@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
If your size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the full value of your order.
- Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Redeemable on all products. Non-transferable. No cash refunds.
