DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days across India. Tracking details will be shared by email/SMS once shipped.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
How to place an order?
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations.
This is because our production and dispatch operations begin immediately to ensure timely delivery and uphold the quality of our handcrafted pieces.
CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Your shipping address is changeable prior to invoicing/dispatch. Alterations are restricted once invoiced/dispatched.

Our fabrics are obtained from multiple handloom clusters across India, which can be found on the product description page.
Payments

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method?
Cash on Delivery is not available as each piece is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, making prepaid orders essential for smooth fulfillment. We accept prepaid payments only.
My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
Your payment is completely secure. Occasionally, due to technical issues, the amount may be debited but not processed by the payment gateway. In such cases, the amount is usually credited back to your account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that the payment does go through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to your original payment method.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online through our designated payment partner RazorPay.
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Questions related to product exchange and returns
Can I return my product?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging can be returned for store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In cases of wrong or defective items, we will arrange a free pickup.
Sale / discounted items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.*
To start a return/exchange, email help.nayap@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos (only if defective or wrong item)
We will reply with the next steps.
Store Credit
- Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
- Valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Usable on all products
- Non-transferable; no cash refunds
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- If the new item costs more, you only pay the price difference.
- If the new item costs less, the remaining amount is issued as store credit.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
