DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- India: 3–7 days depending on your pin code.
- International: 7–10 days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our production and dispatch process begins immediately to ensure your piece reaches you on time.
CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes — address changes are possible before your order is dispatched. Once it has been invoiced or shipped, we are unable to make alterations. Please write to us at help.nayap@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address.

Our fabrics are sourced from handloom clusters across India. The specific origin of each piece is mentioned on its product description page.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method?
Yes.

Your payment is completely secure. This occasionally happens due to a technical delay at the payment gateway — the amount is usually credited back within 24 hours. If it does go through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to your original payment method. You can also write to us at help.nayap@gmail.com with your registered email and the amount charged, and we will sort it out promptly.

EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Naya Pannah, every garment is produced in limited quantities using thoughtfully sourced handloom fabrics. To help us maintain quality, reduce waste, and continue creating small-batch collections, we offer exchanges and store credit under the following policy.
Exchange & Return Window
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories.
- Have the Tagloop security tag intact and untampered. Products returned without the Tagloop attached will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, damage, or any other signs of use.
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Naya Pannah reserves the right to decline any request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds.
Once your return is approved after quality inspection, the value of the returned product will be issued as Naya Pannah Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
A ₹99 Processing & Reverse Pickup Fee will be deducted from the store credit issued for each approved return.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Exchanges
One exchange is permitted per order, subject to product availability.
A ₹99 Processing & Reverse Pickup Fee applies to all exchange requests.
If your requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
No further exchanges or return requests will be accepted after an exchange has been completed.
Reverse Pickup
Naya Pannah will arrange the reverse pickup of your order wherever our logistics partners provide the service.
Processing Timeline
- Return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Reverse pickup is usually scheduled within 2–5 business days after your request is approved.
- Returned products are inspected within 2 business days of reaching our warehouse.
- Store credit is issued or your exchange is processed within 24 hours after the product successfully clears inspection.
Sale Items
Products purchased during any sale, promotional event, clearance, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Policy Misuse
To ensure fairness for all customers, Naya Pannah reserves the right to refuse exchanges, deny store credit, or restrict future purchases in cases of repeated misuse of this policy, excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or refused deliveries.
