The entire back yoke is covered in freehand Kantha embroidery — navy, orange, and yellow threads flowing across the fuchsia in loose, organic lines. A quiet surprise built into the garment. 6-ply Murshidabad handloom gives this shirt real weight and structure despite its relaxed silhouette. The high-low hem is cut and finished with precision — it holds its shape without any stiffening. The Kantha embroidery on the back yoke reinforces the fabric at its most-worn point. Dense, durable, and made to be worn regularly.

The high-low hem gives you options — wear it as a longline shirt over straight-leg trousers or cigarette pants in black or deep charcoal. Or wear it as a dress on its own, belted or unbelted. The fuchsia is vivid enough to carry the whole look. Keep footwear simple — strappy flats or block heels. Let people discover the embroidered back on their own.

Hand wash cold to protect the Kantha embroidery on the back yoke. Wash inside-out. Do not wring — gently press water out and hang to air dry. Iron on medium heat inside-out, avoiding direct contact with the embroidered section. The 6-ply cotton will soften gradually with each wash while holding its shape.
